 Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gold Tech! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for orders placed on our website.

Shipment Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.​

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Gold Tech ships all orders with shipping insurance. Shipping charges including insurance will be calculated based on the total price of the order and displayed at checkout accordingly :

Free Shipping Offer


We offer Free Next Business Day Shipping on all domestic orders over $10,000.00.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

In-Store Pickup


For our local customers in the Atlanta area, we are pleased to offer "In-Store Pickup" which may be chosen at checkout. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup at Gold Tech. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your items.

International Shipping Policy


We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Customs, Duties and Taxes


Gold Tech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages


Gold Tech ships all products with shipping insurance which covers damages or loss during shipping.


If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.


If tracking information indicates a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately to open an investigation.
