Gold Tech Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your new jewelry purchase from Gold Tech! We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and security seals intact.
  • Your return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Items not eligible for return include:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Custom or personalized orders (including engraving or specific sizing requests made after purchase).

How to Initiate a Return


To start a return, please contact us via email at  or by phone at +1 (404) 653-0805. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.


We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to securely package and ship your item back to us.


Do not send items back without first contacting us for an RMA number.

Shipping the Return


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service (like USPS Priority Mail with tracking, UPS, or FedEx) and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the jewelry, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds


Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.​

Damaged or Defective Items


If you received a damaged or defective piece of jewelry, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can assess the issue and arrange a prompt replacement or full refund. We will cover the shipping costs for sending back damaged items.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you need a different size for the exact same product (e.g., ring size). If you need to exchange an eligible item, please contact us to facilitate the process.
